*Simple background (like gradient & light) is included in the base price;
*NDA (I can keep the artwork private for up to 3 months at no cost. After that period, an NDA fee applies to extend the privacy for 1.5 years);
*Confidentiality (This fee applies when you request the artwork to remain permanently private. I agree to never post or display the piece publicly in any form);

TERMS OF SERVICE ── .✦

Once payment is made to initiate the project, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully — I’m available to answer any questions you may have. Failure to comply with any of the terms may result in consequences ranging from a warning to the cancellation of the project without a refund.The artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason. In such cases, you will be informed of the refusal.

Payment

✦ Accepted methods: PayPal and Wise.
✦ You can pay either 100% upfront to start, or 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the sketch is approved.✦ If you cancel the commission after the sketch is completed, 50% of the payment will be refunded for flat color or full color commissions.
Sketch-only commissions are only refundable if canceled before I start.✦ If I haven’t started the commission yet, 100% of the payment will be refunded.✦ If I need to cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Deadline

✦ Individual commissions (when not part of a multi-item package, which will have its own specific deadline) have a maximum completion time of 6 months, though they are usually finished within 1–2 months.✦ If you need the artwork by a specific short deadline, a rush fee must be discussed and agreed upon with the artist.

Communication & Process

✦ Communication can take place via Discord, Email, VGen, or Twitter.✦ I’ll ask for information and reference images related to the commission, and together we’ll refine the idea to establish a proper quote.✦ I update the commission status once a week, whether by sending a WIP, notifying you of any delays, or explaining the current stage of the process and the next steps.
You can always contact me if you have any questions!✦ The general process follows this order: sketch → colored sketch → lineart → flat color → render.
If the piece includes a complex background, I may use Blender to model the scene’s base.✦ Final files will be delivered in JPEG and/or PNG format via Google Drive or VGen. Other formats (such as PSD) may be available depending on the project type.

Copyright & Usage

✦ You must NOT use or upload the artwork to AI generators.✦ All artworks come with a personal use license by default.
If you’d like a commercial use license (for products, sales, t-shirts, stickers, games, or any item featuring the artwork for profit), it can be added for an extra 50% of the original commission price.✦ Printing the artwork for personal use or gifts is fully allowed under the personal license.✦ The copyright and all intellectual property rightsof the artwork remain solely with the artist.
While credit is appreciated when posting or using the artwork, you may not claim the work as your own or use it in any way that infringes on the artist’s rights.

Revisions & Changes

✦ Usual adjustments — such as modifying accessories, clothing details, hairstyle, facial expressions, or small pose tweaks (arms, legs, etc.) — can be requested during the sketch phase with no extra charge.✦ From the lineart phase onward, you may request minor color edits or small fixes (e.g., adjusting a finger position or a hair strand) without any additional cost.✦ Please note that delivery time may be affected depending on the number of requested changes.
